Working 40 hours a week pays £7.97 per hour after salary adjustment for accommodations if you choose to live locally, and also offers 33 days of vacation pay which includes holidays. A 15% employer contribution is also proposed pension plan, with the possibility of increasing the contributions or reducing the salary. The role also includes meals while on duty.

According to the advert, the ideal candidate does not need to have previous housekeeping or hospitality experience, although this is an advantage as they will benefit from development and training. So, with a bit of enthusiasm and interest in hospitality, you might be lucky enough to have your mail delivered to a palace or castle.

Candidates have until June 19 to apply, with interviews due to take place the following month.
